Our 9 day trip to Sri Lanka was absolutely wonderful. We fit so much into the time we had thanks to our driver Mohammed. He went out of his way to make our trip enjoyable and easy. The vehicle we travelled in was modern and clean and a smooth ride. Sri Lanka is a wonderful place to visit and holiday.

Amazing Sri Lanka discovery (first-time visit). Well-organised journey and options along the way to visit exact places. Good and excellent selected hotels. Very polite and gently driver. Many issues were fixed on the way (plan changes, any unplanned stops). He assisted us in buying some rare souvenirs, which were also not expensive. Overall, strongly recommend to profit the company and exactly the driver selected for us. We will come back to Sri Lanka again!

We had a 13 day trip with Dushan, he is een excelent driver with al a lot of knowledge about the trip we made. Also he arranged a few tours like Yala safari which was great. He was a very nice gentleman as a dtiver and guide.

We had a driver for the first week of our trip in Sri Lanka. The booking was super easy, great communication. We had spent alot of time planning our trip, so knew which hotels, activities, etc we wanted to do. Our driver was very polite and professional, however at times, it felt that we were being pushed into doing activities with certain companies. We suspected this was based on commission, which was confirmed when we saw the "gem museum" call our drivers phone to check if we were coming there. We were also clear we did not want to just do all the main tourist things, we wanted to do and eat at local places, but we were recommended the tourist hot spots and tourist resturants again and again. It is helpful to have a driver to go from place to place but for us, we didn't need a tour guide. That said, I would recommend the company if thats what your looking for with your holiday

Kasun was our driver for 4 days and he made our holiday special. He helped us with the itinerary, included sites we would otherwise not have seen, made arrangements, helped us communicate and translate and was an absolute joy.

We spent a couple of weeks with Santhush. Very kind, discreet and focused every time. He invited us to his family in the countryside of Kandy. It was a great moment. I recommend the agency and the driver Santhush.

My partner and I had an amazing 15 day tour around Sri Lanka with our guide Leon. Throughout every day he was extremely friendly and helpful showing us all the best places along our itinerary and was able to answer all the questions we had. We always felt very safe with Leon while driving, his car was always immaculate and very comfortable. On arrival he made sure we had everything we needed for the trip including water, a local gift and getting a SIM card if we needed it. We would definitely return and always recommend Leon as a guide in Sri Lanka.

We booked our driver, Alex, for 10 days through the portal. Communication with the agency was perfect. Hansika assisted us during the booking process, and everything was simple and very clear. She was highly professional.

As for Alex, he has many years of driving experience, and it really shows - he’s an excellent, reliable, and safe driver. We had a great time with him: he’s a genuinely wonderful person and also very friendly and funny.

Initially we wanted this company to take us to and from the airport, our hotels and maybe on a couple of day trips but even though we were in Sri Lanka for two weeks it didn’t cost much more to have a private driver available for us the entire time. Vidura was our allocated driver and he was a gentle giant who immediately impressed us as a kind young man and careful driver. We drove from Colombo to Sigiriya, south to Galle and many locations in between. Some days we swam in hotel pools so he had days off but I would highly recommend doing this because it gave us lots of freedom to reschedule or change our minds due to weather or travel weariness. Both the company and driver get five stars from us.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Sri Lanka, and a big part of it was thanks to our driver, Nilushan. From the very beginning, Nilushan was extremely professional. He speaks perfect English, which made communication easy and pleasant throughout the entire trip. He was always more than punctual — often arriving early — and very well organized. Nilushan is an excellent and very prudent driver, which gave us a real sense of safety on the roads at all times. We spent 15 days traveling around Sri Lanka, and overall it was a very positive experience. The trip was organized by Digital Tourism, whom we contacted via Instagram. Communication was quick and clear from the beginning, and they were flexible in adapting the itinerary to our preferences and budget. The planning process was smooth, including assistance with the necessary bureaucracy, which made everything easier for us. From our arrival at the airport until our departure, we felt supported throughout the journey. We would like to mention Nishani for her availability and constant support, and Malinda, our driver-guide, who accompanied us during the entire trip and shared his knowledge of the country with professionalism and care. We are leaving Sri Lanka with many good memories and a very positive impression of the experience.

We could not recommend using this company, specifically Nimesh our driver, enough. He was kind, professional and nothing was too much trouble for Nimesh. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout our time with Nimesh, including a little gift and being so polite and even got us a little gift. Great recommendations including safari. His English was excellent, the car was perfect for a couple, and we always felt safe. He was always happy to chat and help, very friendly, but also left us to it when we needed to relax. The booking process was so easy, we had not planned enough in advance but a WhatsApp message 36 hours before we needed the driver and were already in country was not too much trouble at all!

From early booking stage to realization when we came to Sri Lanka, everything went smoothly. The communication on Whatsapp was great. I could reach out to them with questions whenever I needed. Our driver Lasitha was excellent. His recommendations were more than helpful for our journey through Sri Lanka. It makes our journey more enjoyable and we wouldn't do it another way.

Thank you for a memorable Sri Lanka trip. We spent 8 wonderful days on the island. Our assigned driver Eran, helped us tour the Island without any issues. We passed through different kinds of terrain including landslide hit areas - and his driving always made us feel safe and comfortable. He gave us good suggestions on where to eat on the way, things to see and where to get on and off safely. He also gave us information on how to claim a refund when our Nanu Oya to Ella train was cancelled by Sri Lanka Railway due to track damage - by calling the station and speaking to his contacts. One remarkable thing about Eran is his punctuality. He would show up right on time even if we ourselves were not necessarily always that punctual. I also appreciate the ease of doing business with Digital Tourism ( now under the Wander Network Umbrella). Iris made the booking process very easy and simple and was always there to answer questions. We hope to come back again to see the places we didn’t cover this time - and travel again with Wander Networks.

We booked a driver via this organization. They picked up us from the airport without a hassle. Service was great also along the 9 day journey. We were a bit skeptical as you need to pay 50% prior to traveling to Sri Lanka, but all went well in the end. Sarath is a good and punctual driver. Also the hotels were good

Our trip through Sri Lanka was truly memorable. We absolutely loved exploring Sigiriya, Kandy, Mirissa and Galle—each destination was a unique highlight of our journey. A huge thank you to our guide, Aslam, who was excellent throughout the trip. He was professional, helpful, and made the long drives much more enjoyable. We really appreciated his service. What really made the difference for us was our guide , Aslam. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, he alerted us two days in advance about the landslides and poor road conditions heading toward Nuwara Eliya. Because of his proactive warning, we were able to adjust our plans. However, we feel it would have been better if the tour company themselves had provided this information earlier. The company should be more responsible for updating clients on road safety and weather conditions.

We didn't know what to expect when we hired a driver for our Sri Lankan trip. What we didnt expect was Ranul, so much more than a driver. Driving: Ranul was an excellent driver. He was always smartly dressed. Always on time, respectful and knowledgeable. He helped with ideas we had, suggesting options we hadn't thought about. Guide: He gave us local and Sri Lankan information as we drove. He took time while driving to let us take in the beautiful countryside. Gave us information about different food. Minder: He looked after us! Stopped us from being pestered from street sellers. Made sure we were safe when crossing the busy roads, even reminding me to close my bag. In fact he looked after it for me. Translator: He helped us so much from telling us what the menu said, or what people were asking us, or talking for us, to teaching us a few words. Photographer: Ranul made sure he captured our experience taking photographs while we were enjoyng ourselves! To summarise, Ranul made our holiday. We can't imagine the experience without him. We were assigned Nalinda who was an excellent choice. He was courteous, very good English and very helpful in helping us to our destinations. He helpfully suggested other items on the way and arranged it all for us also. However, I think the company could have done a bit more to help us. They should give you the drivers details a bit earlier. I was disappointed to only find out about Polonnawara on my trip so we couldn't go to see it as we didn't have enough time between Sigiriya and Kandy. If I had Nalinda's details a bit earlier, I could have run my itinerary past him and maybe changed my hotels to accommodate this. Anyway, a small gripe in the scheme of things.

I was very skeptical booking a driver for touring in Sri Lanka. I found Nishani, from Digital Tourism to be helpful and reassuring that it was all above board and that the driver would be experienced and would be reliable. And yes it all worked out well. For such a good price. December is the wet season, and yes we had a lot of rain. But still got to see the best parts. Five days is too short, would recommend 10 and not in wet season. Distances are short but drive time is long.

Nishani organised our road trip around Sri Lanka Her communication with us was very good As we were travelling a week after the cyclone. Nishani kept us updated on the situation in Sri Lanka and feeling apprenshive regarding the recent events, Nishani did offer us a later date to travel around Sri Lanka however we carried on with our plans Our private driver Roshan was a professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He made us feel safe at all times and was flexible with our plans, offering helpful suggestions along the way. Long journeys felt easy and enjoyable. There were a few minor areas where things could have been slightly better or more flexible, but these did not take away from the overall experience. The other issue ,I felt hassled by the finance department for the payment for the remaining balance However this would not put me off using this service again Just be clear on what your expectations are from the driver and the planned trip

Were lucky to have found this tour agency Wander Tropics offering the comfortable car with driver for our 8D7N travelling around Sri Lanka in October 2025. Our driver Mahesh is knowledgable with Sri Lankan places & Buddhism & history, he recommended us places to eat that suit our request whether we want authentic local style or fusion style, he brought us to hidden viewing points with great views. He even explained some history of the places & Buddhism. We felt safe travelled from Negombo to Sirigiya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliay, Ella, Galle & Colombo throughput the 8D7N with him with his comfortable van, excellent navigation & driving skills. We (couple in their 30s) had a wonderful 9 day trip through Sri Lanka with our driver Malinda from Wander Tropics / Digital Tourism. The booking process was all super smooth and easy. They also arranged a safari in Yala for us ahead of the trip. When we arrived at the airport our driver Malinda was already waiting for us. The car was very comfortable and super clean. We always had bottled water in the car as well. Malinda was so much more than a driver, he was also guiding us through some of the sights and sharing with us his knowledge about Sri Lanka, it's culture and nature. Whilst we had planned the route ourselves, Malinda was also able to show us some lesser known places that were just as wonderful as the more well known places but without the crowds. We spent four unforgettable days in the Sigiriya area with our driver, Sajan, and the experience was truly wonderful. Every trip with him was a real pleasure. During our stay, we visited amazing places such as Dambulla and Polonnaruwa, and we also went on an exciting safari in Minneriya. We had booked the safari online in advance and asked Sajan to join us because he knows so much about the wildlife and the area. His presence made the experience even more enjoyable and informative. Sajan often shared his knowledge and insights everywhere we went, which made each trip even more special and meaningful. It was a great pleasure to spend time with him, and we highly recommend Sajan to anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

Arranging our driver before arriving in Sri Lanka was as easy as it gets. Communication was quick, clear, and efficient — just a small deposit needed, and everything was sorted within minutes. We were put directly in touch with our driver, Umesh, and I have to say our itinerary wasn’t the typical tourist route. We tried to pack a huge amount into a very short time — about 4 to 5 days — covering Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy, Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Yala, and finally Colombo, with countless stops along the way. Umesh met us on arrival and was exceptional from the start. Always early, endlessly patient, and full of genuinely brilliant suggestions that made our trip far better than what we’d planned. The car was spotless and comfortable, and his knowledge of Sri Lanka was outstanding — from history and culture to local quirks — all explained with real enthusiasm and pride. He was courteous to ensure we were not scammed or got into trouble. His English was excellent, and his love for his country really came through. He even arranged our Yala safari personally with Sanka, a superb safari guide whose respect for the park and wildlife stood out immediately. Within an hour we’d seen a leopard, elephant, mongoose, and so much more — a truly unforgettable experience. Umesh genuinely made our trip. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. We wish him and his family all the very best — he turned what could have been a rushed itinerary into something truly special.

My girlfriend and I booked a driver (Dilhan) for 11 days to explore Sri Lanka. We expected nice service but found in Dilhan a Guide and friend. He showed us so many different aspects of this beautiful country. We got introduced in the local history and the culture and even got invited to his home and family. With his humour and broad knowledge Dilhan made this trip a lasting memory! I can really recommend the agency and especially Dilhan! Thanks you Dilhan!

We spent 10 days in Sri Lanka with Derick as our driver and it was a fantastic experience! He is very experienced, always super helpful and flexible, and he made our trip stress-free. Derick also brought us to some excellent local restaurants that we would have never found on our own. Highly recommended if you want to travel around Sri Lanka comfortably and safely!

We spent ten days in Sri Lanka, from Negombo to Sigiriya, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Mirissa, Galle, and back to Negombo, and it was an amazing experience. Safaris, wild animals, temples, train rides, tea plantations, beaches and much more! The agency and also our guide Pradeep looked after us all the time and they recommended many interesting places, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend to Digital Tourism, since we landed in Sri Lanka we felt always safe and well accompanied. Just one advice, be careful with the water and food, specially if you need gluten free meals. It is quite struggling. Apart that, everything was perfect!!
