I reached out on Instagram. I was then added to a whatsapp group where we discussed our trip many times with frequent changes from my end as our trip time and trip size grew from 4 to 7. Nishani was always available and guided us well at all times and helped us very patiently. Payments were 50% advance and 50% on arrival, which helped us so that we didn’t have to travel with a lot of cash. 3 arrivals from 3 destinations and all were easily handled by them. Nishani was always available on whatsapp for any requirements or changes. Infact, she even got us a refund for a last minute cancellation at a hotel in Ella. Very kind of her. Sandun was exceptional.
